Refunds and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return to our Australia-based facility. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For International customers: Ship the package to the provided return address using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the product arrives safely.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items - you'll automatically be issued a refund for any returned items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that payment amounts for shipping are non-refundable.

Responsibility
You are responsible for returned items until they reach our facility. Ensure they are well-packed to avoid damage during transit.
Please keep proof of postage as the responsibility for the parcel remains with you until it arrives at our location. We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If we can locate them and you want them back, you may need to cover the delivery cost.
